Product review: Kordel's Skin Clear

Price: ~RM 62
Contain 50 tablets which needed to be taken 1 tablet 3 times daily.
It mentioned that "this is a traditional medicine for promoting smooth, supple skin." "Helps to restore internal harmony and cleanse the skin for inside."
As i mentioned in my introductory post about my pimple scars, yes i have struggled to find a way to get back my clear skin. I blame my hormonal changes and probably stress too.

I'm fond of Kordel's because i often buy their Vitamin C and it does works well for my body. So i thought why not give this a try hoping that it could give me the result that i was expecting.

But sadly.. it doesn't work that way.

After consuming for a few weeks, i see that the larger pimples starts too fade away. (That's the advantage. Probably suitable for those who suffer from severe acne (cystic acne) or skin problem). However, after the large pimples fade, it starts giving me the small pimples / blackheads (side effect). Not much of restoring internal harmony but very conflicting. Haha. So i decided to stop consuming skin clear once the small pimples got out of control. That's where my scars came from. :'(

P.s : my skin type is normal. products definitely works differently for other skin type.

Rate: 4/10
Advantage: Reduce larger pimples
Disadvantage: Creates smaller pimples and blackheads

Magic cure for headache, flatulence and cough

Yes this plant called the Indian Borage works wonder! Also known as mexican mint and bangun-bangun (in malay). I had all those 3 symptoms for weeks but once my friend introduced me this mint (where she had them planted behind her house), i was 80% cured the next day. If you are having a cough which expels phlegm or mucus, this mint will definitely dries them up.

Here are the steps which my friend told me how to make its tea:

1. Pluck few of its leaves. (I recommend 5 because if its more it could be too dry for your throat)
2. Pound the leaves and add in a little bit of water to the mortar to obtain its juice.
3. Filter the leaves. Then add in more water through the filter.
(amount of which you like to have your tea) if you like it to be concentrated, add less water.
5. Add honey to your mint for sweetness.
+ additional leave (not compulsory)

Mandatory introduction

Hello readers!
Here's another blog on beauty and health. I know there are plenty of beauty blogs out there but the main purpose of mine is to share knowledge and ideas on how to have beautiful skin inside and out and also to develop a healthy body with affordable products and methods.

The reason i decided to own a beauty & health blog is because i have struggled with my own body to maintain healthy and having a sensitive skin requires me to be more attentive to products on market. This could allow me to keep track on what products and method I've been using. Hope the ideas and knowledge we share will benefit each and everyone of us.

Much love, Andrea.

P.S : This is me without any makeup. I know there are many flaws from eye bags to pimple scars. However i'm trying my best not to be dependent on makeup but instead focus on having clean and clear skin from within.
